Authors are invited to submit original papers reflecting their current
research and development results. All submitted papers will be refereed
by the Technical Committee for quality and originality. Papers will be
evaluated keeping the identity of authors and institutions unknown to
the referees. All accepted papers will be published in the congress
proceedings.

In 2004 the 11th. International Congress on Computer Science Research
will provide a forum for presentation and exchange of current research
