Rigorous probabilities

It requires time, and a certain amount of memory space, to obtain these probabilities from the rule table. For all rules and all dimensions, the single generation curve is easy to compute. For many, but not all, the second generation is easily obtained; the principal limitation is the rapid increase in the number of neighborhoods with dimension.
