I am Full Professor at Centro de Investigación y Estudios Avanzados del IPN (CINVESTAV-IPN) (something like Research and Advanced Studies Center of National Polythecnic Institute), in the Electrical Engineering Department. I am at the Computer Science Section. My interests include mathematical logic (model theory, Peano arithmetic, proof theory, automatic theorem proving) and the mathematical foundations of Computer Science (recursive functions, formal languages and automata, complexity, algorithms).
